We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a concession in the heart of Nice, France, at Les Galeries Lafayette.

What You’ll Do:
As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s success, delivering a world-class retail experience. You’ll:
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team of sales sylists
- Elevate the in-store experience to reflect the brand’s premium status
- Manage daily store operations including stock, visual merchandising, CRM, HR reporting, and performance
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Collaborate with the European Retail Manager and Head Office
- Ensure a beautiful and seamless brand presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as Store Manager (or Senior Assistant Manager) in premium or luxury fashion
- Proven success leading teams of 5+ in a fast-paced retail environment
- Confident with styling, clientelling, and CRM
- Commercially savvy with a strong grasp of driving KPIs and stock management
- Inspiring leader who leads by example with energy, positivity, and professionalism
- Outstanding communication, organization, and people development skills
