LUXURY MENSWEAR STORE MANAGER .
Our client has a global presence whose style is one of effortless modern elegance and craftsmanship, selling to UHNW clients of celebrities, royal families, and dignitaries. The brand has an outstanding reputation in the industry to uphold, selling exquisite crafted garments for a Mans universe. Selling both formal and casualwear, including MRTW, Leathergoods, Accessories, Shoes and Fragrance.
As the Store Manager you have to achieve an enhanced level of clientelling, service and sales in line with the ambitions of the store and ensure that every client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service. The importance of a commercial, strategic, and people development driven manager is crucial.

The Role:
- Reporting to the Retail Director EMEA and responsible for 1 Key Holder, and 3 Sales Consultants
- Being the Brand Ambassador.
- Providing a unique in-store experience.
- Drive sales by implementing concrete actions and according to the Retail Excellence guidelines, the company’s strategy.
- Inspire and develop the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets
- Translating the yearly target, assigning and monitoring weekly and daily individual objectives
- Implementing actions according to specific business opportunities (events, dedicated training sessions, sales targets, staff rotation); Drive sales and profitability through the implementation of effective merchandising, marketing, and CRM strategies in alignment with HW.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating employees. Ensuring the effectiveness of the new staff induction program and providing constant in-store training sessions to all the team, following company guidelines – being responsible of the brand and product knowledge of the team
- Being able to build a loyal clientele through engaging and retaining activities, leveraging all clienteling tools (client book, daily metrics…)
- Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience that reflects the brand’s values
- Networking and advancing the client base
- Constantly monitoring staff behaviour and KPIs’ achievement, and coaching each team member, defining a specific development plan through monthly touch base
- Planning and scheduling the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floor
- Managing the stock most effectively, constantly keeping focus on sales
- Managing operational activities (couriers, alterations, store cleanings, postage), optimising cost, resources and time
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve company goals;
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment according to the highest standards.

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience and success as a Store Manager or senior Assistant Store Manager within luxury menswear
- Knowledge of high-end luxury menswear is essential
- Experience managing store retail operations, visual merchandising, sales strategies, and budgeting
- Strong people leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commercially driven to supersede all targets set
- Flexibility
In addition to the basic salary is :
Bonus 10%, 1% store sales, Lunch allowance £1,000, 33 days Holiday, Clothing allowance, Cont. pension,
