Are you a an experienced SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVE LEAD  with a passion for the fashion industry? We are seeking a highly a knowledgeable Social Media / Influencer with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within the fashion industry.

The Creative Lead will be a self-motivator with lots of enthusiasm, open communication and will be a key contributor leading high visibility projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing and brand design with a digital and social-first mindset.

This is an experienced expanding team with growth in a fast-paced, reactive, busy studio environment and working with senior leadership is essential. You should have a ‘roll-up-my-sleeves’ attitude and be able to see multiple projects through from conception to production, anticipating roadblocks and being hands-on all whilst supporting the creative department.

With offices in HK, LA and London and a continuous growth on sales across USA, Europe, and  Asia, it is a great time to join the brand and take the lead in stimulating social media such as TIK TOK  & Instagram that will elevate the brand to new heights.

Reporting to the Creative Director & Marketing /PR Manager the role is based in their Central London offices with some international travel.

The Role: Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;

  • Creative strategy - set the creative tone and advance the visual aesthetic for the brand across branding, digital, social media, digital advertising VM and packaging, balancing BAU tasks alongside bigger vision projects.
  • Design - Hands on with the creation of social media assets, implementing and executing different projects per media weekly
  • Management – Liaise closely with a Creative Director and Marketing to manage briefs, priorities, approvals and deadlines and look after the daily/weekly plan of the creative team and external freelancers.
  • Help to develop process and utilise workflow platforms to maximise efficiency and ensure successful completion of tasks.
  • Creative production - Own the full creative process from brief to production including clarifying creative goals, leading photo, and video shoots, managing asset production and coordinating with external production partners.
  • Concept and communication - Participate and lead creative brainstorm sessions.
  • Create mood boards and present ideas both visually and verbally to internal and external teams.
  • Own digital creative product – Work with leadership team to define agency digital offering and deliver best-in-class digital creative.
  • Collaboration – Work with leadership and brand strategists to set creative strategy and develop client positioning.
  • Brand stewardship – Bring the brand style to all external/internal touch points.
  • Manage design process for new business and marketing initiatives. Evolve brand guidelines based on existing assets and future objectives.
