The Role:

• Reports directly to Owner/ Store Manager
• Engages clients through styling, storytelling, and a consultative sales approach
• Supports bespoke fittings, including pinning (training provided for junior roles)
• Takes pride in building and nurturing long-standing client relationships
• Participates in 360° retail operations – including client services, stock management, and back-of-house duties
• Lives the values of the house through immaculate grooming, etiquette, and a deep understanding of tailoring tradition
• Collaborates seamlessly with a close-knit team
• Helps to preserve the brand’s family values of loyalty, discretion, and dedication to true craft

Ideal Candidate:
Junior Sales Consultant (Entry Level):

• Passion for bespoke and formal menswear
• Willingness to learn and be mentored in the world of luxury tailoring
• Positive, humble, and eager to build a future in heritage menswear
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural affinity for clienteling
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility across all store operations
• Salary: £35,000–£39,000

Senior Sales Consultant:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in bespoke and formal menswear
• Strong ability in clienteling and luxury sales, ideally with an existing client book
• Experience in fittings, styling, and understanding the construction of tailored garments, fabrics, etc
• High standard of personal presentation and communication
• Salary: £40,000–£45,000
• Excellent command of English (written and oral), a second language is a plus
• Strong drive to succeed and be a shining support and example to the team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required

Additional benefits include:
1% performance-based commission, uniform allowance
