This global luxury fashion designer store is looking for an outstanding experienced LUXURY SENIOR / SALES CONSULTANT who specializes in LUXURY BEAUTY, MAKEUP ARTISTRY AND FRAGRANCE additional to this role you will be expected to cross-sell with luxury Leather Goods and Accessories.
Our client has an outstanding reputation in the luxury fashion/lifestyle industry to uphold for their elegant timeless designs and craftsmanship whose regular clientele are UHNW, celebrities, and royalty.
The luxury boutique has two floors covering LTRW, MRTW, and Accessories, including Cosmetics, Fragrance, Leather Goods, Jewellery, Accessories, and Shoes. The breathtaking interior design will enable the team to enhance a welcoming ambience.
As the beauty & fragrance ambassador, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitions of the Boutique and ensure that every client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service.

The Role:
- Reporting to the Store Director and Assistant Manager
- Focus is on the selling and service for Beauty, Make-up & fragrance department, whilst cross-selling leathergoods, accessories and LRTW.
- Achieving weekly / monthly store targets with the team
- Link selling across all product groups
- Product knowledge of all beauty & accessories departments to tell the story of each product
- Cultivates exceptional client relationships with local and international clients
- Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop your client base
- Efficiently develops the client portfolio, including networking outside the Boutique
- Participates in client events as well as high ticket client events
- Bringing to life the client experience
- Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends and collections
- Elegant grooming standards at all times whilst representing the brand
- Working closely as a part of a team

Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years prior experience in Luxury beauty and make-up artistry
- Experience at cross -selling luxury leathergoods, accessories and LRTW is essential
- Strong sales techniques and clientelling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily
- Fluent in English (written and oral), a second language is a plus
- Strong drive to succeed
- MUST be a supportive team player
Additional the basic salary is: 1% Commission, team bonus, free uniform, and pension benefits package.
