The Role:
- Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and responsible for leading a team of 5 sales associates
- Open/close the store as a keyholder
- Support the management team to lead, coach and train the team on the shop floor
- Lead by example – Styling, up-selling and cross-selling to customers
- Drive personal and team sales targets
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and CRM engagement
- Provide training and support to the sales team
- Maintain visual standards and manage stock flow

About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in premium/luxury fashion as a supervisor or SNR Sales Consultant ready to step up
- Confident, polished, and sales-driven
- Time management
- Strong initiative with team leadership/coaching skills
- Passionate about fashion, trends, and sustainability
- Client-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Package Includes:
- 1% commission on all sales
- 2% commission when the store hits the target
- Bonus
- Clothing allowance + 28 days holiday
