Our client is seeking a full-time Boutique Manager for a new pop-up boutique in the heart of Mayfair. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on B2C growth as the plan is to open a flagship boutique.
Job Purpose
To lead the boutique as a high-touch brand space — responsible for delivering strong daily sales, an exceptional customer experience, and meaningful, lasting relationships with our clients — both in-store and online. This role blends floor leadership, digital clientelling, 1:1 selling, and boutique-level business development to build luxury community and grow direct-to-consumer sales funnel.
Reporting Line – Reports to : Managing Director and supported by a part-time Sales Associate (2 days/week) and Head Designer, who will attend for VIP client appointments and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Boutique Operations & Sales Leadership Ensure the boutique operates smoothly, daily targets are consistently met / exceeded, and the Sales Associate is well-supported and engaged.
- Customer Experience Excellence – Deliver a highly personalised, values-led experience that drives repeat visits, confident purchasing, and strong referrals. Every interaction should reflect the depth and warmth of the brand.
- Digital Clientelling – Actively engage with online enquiries and existing clients to replicate the boutique experience digitally — leading to strong conversion and loyalty.
- Boutique-Led Business Development – Proactively build relationships with concierges, personal shoppers, neighbouring boutiques, and relevant networks to attract new high-value clients.
- Stock & Commercial Insights – Maintain accurate, well-presented inventory. Provide clear, timely insights from the shop floor to inform merchandising and commercial strategy.
- Brand Representation – Embody the brand visually, tonally, and emotionally in all client interactions, both offline and online.

Desirable Experience/Profile
The following would also be valued but are not essential:
- Proven experience converting both in-store and online interactions into meaningful, repeat sales
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Familiarity with using a CRM platform for customer outreach and relationship-building
- Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
In addition to the basic salary: Commission, Uncapped Bonus, Clothing Allowance
